No School Mondays!
No school Mondays usually means there's a gaggle of future horsemen, working on their horsemanship skills and getting that unmounted knowledge to earn their badges.
Might have to make a specific badge for houndwork, as we have some super youth that come with Char to the kennels to walk out hounds.

Just-Pace-It Round 3
We had a lovely day for our Fall Modified Hunter Pace and Scavenger Hunt/poker run.

Monday Motivation
Monday motivation= stay in shape for season with hound walking(and horse introductions). We always try to Introduce our horses to the hounds before they ever set foot in the field for the safety of the hounds and the members of the hunt. We are so thankful for the Limestone Creek Hunt staff, Huntsman Doug Russell, and his son and Kennelsman Colt Russell for their continuous support and mentorship.
Just Jumper Series
What a weekend. Our last show of our just jumper series was held Saturday on the "green arena" at New York Equestrian Club . And the weather was divine! We had a great time with some super course design.
And then hunting on Sunday!
We are so blessed to be able to do the things we love!

Renaissance Fair Expo
Students helped put on 3 performances in a play type fashion at the brand new first ever Upstate Rennasiance Faire.
We had a blast with our perfect ponies. Each decked out in renn Faire attire. We had archers and queens and princesses and soldiers as well as an evil wizard and a magical creature. We could not have pulled this off without the help of amazing people. Too many to count.
We had so much fun we are already planning for next year. Thank you thank you everyone!
Just-Pace-It Round 2
Our 2nd hunter pace was another success! Even had some of our littles join us!

This was our first every hunter pace we hosted at our barn! It went off without a hitch, we loved seeing everyone dressed up and enjoying the day!

Mainecrest Sprint Break Mini Camp
Another wonderful April day! It wouldn't be a mini camp without a gaggle of kids spending time with horses! So much learning and so much fun! Thank you Alyssa, Emma, Aria & Savanah for your amazing help today! Couldn't have done it without you! And thank you Miss Rylee for being you!
Easter Glow Party
What a wonderful time we had with out party! Pony rides, obstacle course, decorated a paper easter egg & of course the Easter Egg Hunt was fun for everyone! Thank you to all our Easter bunny helpers today. We couldn't have done it without you!
Bylund Hill Horse Show Part 2
Just our resident old unicorn, doing unicorn things with our riders at the 2nd Bylund Hill Stables of Cazenovia, NY horse show. We don't know her story before she came to us, but we sure are happy she came into our lives. On that note, every day is a learning day when you are around horses, and today was no exception. We are so thankful for Jenn and her crew for opening their doors and allowing us to learn and grow even in the winter
Weekend at Bylund Hill Horse Show
What an amazing weekend! The first day was jumper day and with weather trailering wasn't an option. So, with some scooby snacks ready, Shaggy stepped up to the plate for Caitlyn & Aria's first show of this season! The second day was hunter day and oh boy was it fun! We had our little boss Avery do her very first ever horse show on lead line! Chloe and Monica both had amazing rides in the Novice and beginner divisions on Shaggy who saved the day yet again! And Elan joined us with Itsy who had a few young pony moments but who got it together and finished strong with some great jumping trips. So proud! We are so excited to have started out horse show season. And so blessed to have been able to do it with out friends at Bylund Hill!
What a wonderful way to spend Valentines Day
We are all so happy for the 14 that joined us on the 14th ;) at our very first Valentines party. Thank you to our super duper helpers who helped keep the heart of the operation pumping!
